Glossary

Skepticism = a state of enduring and willful doubt.

Agnosticism = the philosophy that holds that it is impossible to arrive at a knowledge of reality because it is unknowable and the human mind is so limited.

Catholic Practice

A short prayer of signing the forehead, lips and heart with a cross precedes the reading of scripture.  It is concluded by devoutly kissing the holy book.
